Carmen Stanziola
Carmen received his bachelor’s degree from Albright College, followed by his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law. He is a lifelong resident of Cumru Township and is a proud graduate of the Governor Mifflin School District.
Prior to opening his law office in 2012, Carmen served as a judicial staff attorney for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas for a period of more than 25 years. In that position, his responsibilities involved civil litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, contracts, real estate, municipal law and zoning, as well as criminal and family court cases.
Carmen is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Berks County Bar Association. He has represented clients in Berks County and throughout Pennsylvania in civil, criminal, family, collections, and other related litigation matters, as well as zoning and subdivision law, municipal law, estate planning, estate administration, taxation, and real estate. He also has substantial experience in representing clients on appeals to the higher courts of Pennsylvania.
